perozhkis here were slightly less piquant than usual, with more of a cereal flavor, as if the flour had also been mixed with the potato filling, which, wouldn't have been surprising as I'm sure it'd make for a cheaper filling. The finish was a redeemable sweetness, making these tough day-old nuggets more ideal as a breakfast perozhki rather than as something to assuage one's recumbent afternoon hunger spells.
